Creating a space where you feel safe to come home to yourself.
Your story is your own, and while you may have some insight into who you are, maybe you feel there is still something getting in the way of living a full life. Together, I will help you navigate your past experiences that are negatively impacting you, and show you how to move through these and reclaim the lost parts of your story that have been forgotten .

Living with chronic illness, autoimmune disease, or any type of invisible illness can be one of the most isolating, grief-inducing, and devastating experiences anyone can face.
In therapy, we will work together to help you reconnect with your body and build towards feeling safe from the inside out. We support your nervous system with regulation practices (breathwork, grounding, mindfulness), as well as building compassionate self-talk and acceptance. By processing your deep grief around health challenges and shifting identity, we can work to restore your joy, your authentic identity outside of your illness, and add meaning to your relationships.
Spiritual trauma can be overt, obvious incidents, or it can also be subliminal internal messaging that you are inherently evil and unworthy of love. Maybe you find yourself feeling disconnected from your own voice, body, and intuition, similarly struggling with anxiety about belonging, acceptance, “being good enough,” or trusting yourself. You might be carrying the weight of shame, fear, or guilt tied to old teachings that no longer feel congruent with you are.
If any of this resonates with you, therapy can be a space to gently explore the impact of past beliefs systems in your current life, while validating the pain and confusion that often accompanies dis-identifying, deconstructing, or wrestling with spirituality. Let’s help you rebuild your sense of identity, find your voice, and be liberated by reclaiming your authentic self.
My clients often come into therapy overwhelmed by fear, and longing to feel a sense of true security in their lives. If we can discover the source of our anxiety, and what it is trying to communicate to us about our past, we can be empowered to grow and find healing.
In our time together, I will help you learn to regulate your nervous system, attune to the messages your body is trying to tell you, and to rewire thoughts/beliefs about yourself, others, and the world. Our ultimate goal in therapy will be to understand the internal parts of you that feel overrun by worry, so that you can finally live fully.
Quality care for…
I support adult men and women in processing anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity shifts, trauma, and relationship issues. If it still feels like something is getting in the way of connection with yourself and others, our work together will help to build understanding, equipping you to dive deeper into the journey of self discovery.
Your teen years are some of the most transformational in your life, which also means that they can be disorienting and difficult to navigate. Having someone else to talk to and support you as you figure out who you are and where you belong in the world, can help to ease the process of becoming your authentic self.
I work with teens who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, chronic illness, or relationship issues, without fear of judgement or bias. I support my teens wherever they find themselves in life, and give them an empathetic sounding board where they can come to know who they are and who they long to be.
Relationships come in a variety of shapes and forms, and no two are alike. During our sessions together, I utilize a mixture of Emotion Focused Couples Therapy and Psychodynamic Theory that is personalized to address the unique dynamic each couple brings with with them into my office. I help couples learn to hold space for one another’s emotions, understand their cycle of conflict/comfort, and build empathy for both partner’s stories.
It is my honor to support married, engaged, and dating couples who are looking to master communication skills, understand how their individual pasts are impacting the relationship, and establish a secure bond together.
