    • I am located at 250 W Main Street, Tustin, CA 92780, in Steven's Square at the heart of Old Town Tustin. I also have online tele-health options available for any California or Idaho residents.

    • I charge $205 for individual 45 minute sessions. For couples and/or family sessions I charge $220 for a 50 minute sessions. I do have a select few sliding scale slots available, for those clients who qualify.

    • I have a 48 hour cancelation policy. If session is canceled less than 48 hours before session, I do still charge for that session. I do my best to try and reschedule with clients during the same business week of the canceled session, however rescheduling is not a guarantee.

    • My clients are Out of Pocket/Cash Pay clients. If you have “Out of Network” benefits with your insurance plan, I do offer a monthly superbill which can reimburse you for the cost of therapy. I encourage you to speak with your insurance company about your benefits OR in our phone consult I can check your benefits for you.

    • Individual sessions are 45 minutes weekly at the same day and time each week. For couples I do 45-50 minute sessions.

    • I prefer to work with my clients weekly and do find that weekly therapy works best for most people. I believe this tends to be the most helpful frequency for building good rapport, promoting growth, and cultivating a safe space together.

    • Before the initial session I will send you a link to set up your client portal where you can access and fill out paperwork online. In your first session we will review the paperwork, discuss informed consent, and answer any questions you may have.

    • We will spend the first few sessions allowing you to share your story, what is bringing you into therapy, and create goals together for treatment.
