your non-toxic therapist
I absolutely love being a therapist, counting it as an honor to step into the meaning, creation, healing, and transformative space of therapy with each and every single one of my clients.
I am a real person in the room with you; I laugh at your jokes, send your sass right back, and I’ll cuss with you if that’s your vibe. Feeling deeply is part of who I am, which often looks like sitting with you in your darkest memories so that I can support you when you’re feeling lost, disoriented, and devastated. I will also call you out when you need it to help grow, and gently challenge you towards becoming your full self.
If you feel like we’d be a good fit together, I’d love to hear from you.

my approach to therapy
My style of therapy is both very relational and evidence-based, focusing on connecting past relationship patterns to experiences in the present. The formative woundings of our childhood shape us in significant ways, so when we understand the origin of these dynamics it allows for us to find healing, opening us up to the opportunity of choosing a new path forward.
This healing IS possible, and is found in emotionally-corrective relationships. Let me provide the safe haven necessary for you to explore your full story and acknowledge all of your pieces. By adopting a more holistic perspective, incorporating neuroscience and the way it highlights the connection between brain, body, heart, and nervous system, my goal is for you to find safety in your body, the present moment, and the world around you.
The modalities I use with my clients include:
Psychodynamic
Psychoanalysis
Attachment Theory
Trauma-focused
Somatic practices
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
